Roy Perkins
Roy has worked in the industry for over 40 years and is a member of ARLA and NAEA. He has worked in the Romford office for 15 years and has set up and established the very successful lettings arm of Ashton and Perkins.
Roy’s hobbies include golf / supporting Chelsea FC and metal detecting, he has recently joined the local metal detecting club, where he is hoping to be the next to make that life changing find!!!!
Ben Perkins
Since joining the family business Ben has taken over managing residential Letting and Sales. Managing all aspects of sales from appraisal to completion ensures he can provide a personal service to our client’s and be on hand to progress matters where required.
Ben’s hobbies include skiing and golf. An avid Arsenal fan, he can often be seen at the Emirates watching his beloved team, although not always happy with the outcome!
Kym Disley
Following success in the Insurance industry, Kym joined Ashton and Perkins in 2003 and now works as a PA / Administrator at Romford.
Kym was a school governor at ‘The Royal Liberty School’ which her sons attended until recently and she is also a keen football fan, following West Ham Utd. She now loves nothing better than popping into London to see a show.
